Introduction to the User Agreement:
Welcome to our online store. Below, you will find the terms and conditions that govern your use of this store, along with the legal implications of utilizing the store’s services through the internet and this electronic platform.   • (User): Any consumer purchasing a product or service from the store.

  • (Agreement): This refers to the terms and conditions stated herein that govern the relationship between the user and the store.

 

Article Two - User Legal Capacity:

  • The user acknowledges having the full legal capacity, as recognized by Shariah and law, to engage with the store or confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

  • In the event of a breach of this provision, the user bears all legal consequences.

 

Article Three - Nature of Store Commitment:

  • Additional services such as after-sales support may be offered depending on the product or service type.

 

Article Four - Usage Regulations:

Article Eight - Payment Services:

  • Payment may be made entirely online through the store's payment gateways or other methods provided.

  • Product and service prices reflect standard market values.

  • The store will provide official invoices and receipts for all purchases.

  • The store adheres to recognized accounting standards.

 

Article Nine - Personal Data and Transaction Details:

  • The user grants the store a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use any data or content they provide via communication forms or messages for legitimate purposes.

  • All personal data is protected under the store’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, as well as this agreement.


Article Ten - Intellectual Property:

  • All intellectual property rights of the store, including logos, slogans, and the platform itself, are owned exclusively by Riyadh Food Industries.

  • Users are prohibited from infringing upon these rights in any form.


Article Eleven - Store Responsibility:

  • The store operates legally under Saudi law and the provisions of this agreement.

  • It is not liable for claims resulting from user or third-party errors, including logistics partners.

  • The store guarantees that all services and products are lawful and compliant with Saudi regulations.

 

Article Twelve - Information Confidentiality:

  • The store applies physical, organizational, and technical standards to protect user data.

  • The user acknowledges that the internet is not fully secure, and 100% confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

  • The store is not responsible for third-party actions, linked websites, or impersonators.

  • Users agree to the use of their data for service delivery and marketing, in accordance with the store’s Privacy Policy.

 

Article Thirteen - Account Suspension:
The store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel any user account without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

 

Article Fourteen - Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and construed under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi authorities.


Article Fifteen - General Provisions:

  • If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains effective.

  • This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the store and the user and may be updated from time to time.

  • Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement.

  • Product/service prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

  • All dealings must align with applicable legal and Shariah principles.

  • This agreement may only be terminated by decision of the store’s administration.
